Reportedly unique in the NHS is a new Twin Clinic set up at University College Hospital, London, by Dr. Eric Jauniaux. It is located within the fetal medicine unit at UCH every tuesday.

Now all twin pregnancies at UCH are booked for a chorionicity scan at 12-14 weeks and then followed-up on a regular base if at risk of T2T. This clinic is not only for T2T pregnancies but also for any complicated twin pregnancy.

It is fully consultant led-care which is also rather unique in the new NHS.
